AVIATICON Statac VD-107 is an alloyed, non-water-miscible cooling lubricant for punching operations.
AVIATICON Statac VD-107 is used for punching thin sheets of steel, eg transformer sheets or sheet metal packings for electric motors.
The thin film of this special cooling lubricant evaporates within a short time. As a result, the sheets cannot stick together and cannot slip during assembly.
AVIATICON Statac VD-107 achieves a very good cooling effect in the cutting area due to the high tendency to evaporate. The good wetting effect of the polar active ingredients ensures sufficient lubrication in the cutting area.
