AVIATICON Statac TLB is a highly alloyed, non-water-miscible EP coolant for deep hole drilling.
AVIATICON Statac TLB is suitable for deep drilling with single-lip drills and similar special tools in hard-to-machine, tough, high-strength steels such as ball bearing steels, X-steels, heat-resistant austenitic steels and the like.
Other heavy-duty automatic machining operations such as hobbing, gear cutting, copy milling and the like can also be carried out with this high-performance cutting oil.
The product contains polar active ingredients and chemically active EP additives that prevent the welds of roughness seats between the workpiece and the tool.
