AVIATICON Statac RX-2

AVIATICON Statac RX-2 is an alloyed, non-water-miscible EP cooling lubricant for difficult machining processes of high-alloy steels.

AVIATICON Statac RX-2 is a chlorine-free, highly activated metalworking agent.

The product contains polar active ingredients and chemically active additives that give the cooling lubricant excellent adhesion to the surfaces of tools and workpieces, as well as enormous pressure resistance. Even under high contact pressures, welding and tearing of roughness peaks between cutting edges and chips are prevented.

AVIATICON Statac RX-2 is designed for machining high-alloy steels. It is well-suited for difficult machining processes such as thread cutting (stainless steel, titanium alloys), broaching, reaming, turning, and milling. AVIATICON Statac RX-2 is also suitable for punching, drawing, and piercing.

Discoloration occurs with non-ferrous metals.
