AVIATICON Statac RCF is a highly alloyed, non-water-miscible EP coolant lubricant for heavy machining operations.
AVIATICON Statac RCF is suitable for heavy machining operations such as broaching, gear hobbing, copy milling of tough, high-alloy steels, e.g. ball bearing steels, heat-resistant austenitic steels, high-strength steels.
The product contains polar active ingredients and chemically active EP additives that prevent the welding of roughness peaks between the workpiece and the tool.
AVIATICON Statac RCF is also suitable for drawing, deep drawing and fine cutting.
Discoloration occurs with non-ferrous metals.
