AVIATICON Statac HMS is a non-water-miscible EP high-performance cutting oil for grinding hard and non-ferrous metals.

AVIATICON Statac HMS is a special grinding oil that is low in oil mist and low in evaporation. A highly refined, aromatic-free base oil of the highest quality is used as the basis. The product is free from chlorine and heavy metals such as lead, zinc and barium.

AVIATICON Statac HMS is suitable for grinding steel and tools of all kinds. By carefully selecting raw materials, AVIATICON Statac HMS prevents cobalt from being released during carbide grinding. This special product structure, using an aromatic-free base oil, ensures that the highest requirements for preventive health and safety at work are met.

AVIATICON Statac HMS is suitable for grinding non-ferrous metals and flat glass. In conjunction with a coordinated addition of polar active ingredients and EP additives, micro-sections of high surface quality result.

AVIATICON Statac HMS can also be used for fine machining such as slot milling, fine boring, peeling and reaming.

AVIATICON Statac HMS has high oxidation stability, favorable anti-fog properties, good cooling performance and high flushing power. The low viscosity results in excellent filter behavior and good air release properties.

AVIATICON Statac HMS has a high flash point despite its negative viscosity.

AVIATICON Statac HMS does not attack paints and elastomers.
