AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02

AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 is a water-miscible release agent for asphalt mix manufacturers, transporters and processors as well as for the concrete processing industry.

AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 is a greatly improved further development of previous release agents. The separation effect is even more effective due to the quality improvement. Containers, devices and transport vehicles are protected against corrosion by highly effective additives.

AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 can be used as an aqueous emulsion mainly for absorbent formwork (wood) for in-situ concrete production and as a board care product, but also for plastic-coated wood formwork. As a release agent in asphalt road construction to prevent caked-on mix. The product also forms stable emulsions with hard water. Not build-up or pore-forming.

Storage and application:

The goods must be stored in closed containers protected from frost. AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 is added to a part of water while stirring and emulsified - NOT REVERSE! The rest of the water is then mixed in while stirring. Contaminated water reduces the stability of the emulsion.

The concentration must be coordinated with the local conditions

Mixing ratios:

• Bitumen syringe 1: 2 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 2 liters of water
• Asphalt mixer 1: 2 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 2 liters of water
• Asphalt bucket 1: 4 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 per 4 liters of water
• Formwork 1: 5 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 5 liters of water
• Elevator bucket 1:10 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 10 liters of water
• Conveyor belt 1:10 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 10 liters of water
• Paver 1:20 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 20 liters of water
• Rubber wheel rollers 1:20 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 20 liters of water
• Truck beds 1:30 = 1 liter AVIATICON Solutiol BW-59/02 to 30 liters of water
