AVIATICON Molyplex RH-20

AVIATICON Molyplex RH-20 is an assembly spray containing solid lubricants.

It is also a proven high-pressure and high-temperature lubricant for slideways, guide rails and joints with slow sliding movements.

AVIATICON Molyplex RH-20 can also be used for the assembly of seals, bolts, bearings and screws and as a run-in aid for plain bearings.

AVIATICON Molyplex RH-20 protects against rust and fretting corrosion, the solid lubricant film ensures emergency running properties.

Areas of application:

• on well cleaned, degreased and clean surfaces
• Slideways, guides on machines, joints, bolts and screw connections as well as gear drives
• At high temperatures in foundries, vibrating and molding machines, processing plants, chain and kilns as well as ceramic and porcelain factories

Note:

When using for the first time, make sure that the surfaces are thoroughly cleaned so that an even, coherent lubricating film can form. When spraying, the spray can should be held vertically and it should be sprayed on thinly and evenly at a distance of approx. 30 cm.
The spray cans must be protected from heating to over 50 ° C and from direct sunlight. The spray jet must not be directed at burning or glowing objects. After use, the spray cans must not be opened forcibly or incinerated.
