Hydraulic oil according to DIN 51524, part 2 (HLP), colored red
AVIATICON HY-ROT 46 is a mineral oil-based hydraulic oil with high aging and corrosion protection, colored red.
AVIATICON HY-ROT 46 is a special pressure medium for hydraulic units in construction machines and cranes, which require a hydraulic oil with a viscosity of ISO VG 46 and a quality according to DIN 51524 Part 2.
In order to ensure that the hydraulics function properly in all load levels and at different temperature ranges, as well as to ensure a long service life, the oil has special properties.
AVIATICON HY-ROT 46 meets the requirements of DIN 51524.Part 2, as well. This enables operation in a wide temperature range, emulsifies condensate, is stable to oxidation for long filling life and protects against wear and corrosion.
As a rule, hydraulic oils are colored (e.g. when searching for leaks to make leaks visible).
To avoid confusion with natural colored oils such as engine oils and gear oils, AVIATICON HY-ROT 46 is colored red.
