AVIATICON HLP-D 22

AVIATICON HLP-D 22 is a mineral oil-based hydraulic oil with detergent and dispersing properties.

Bonding and deposits are loosened (detergent) and held in suspension (dispersed) together with foreign substances that have penetrated the system. Water and water-mixed cooling lubricants are emulsified by AVIATICON HLP-D 22 without any significant impairment of the excellent lubricating and anti-corrosion properties.

Behavior towards sealing material and hose materials tested according to DIN 53538, DIN 53521 and DIN 53505. (NBR, AN, SI, FPM, PTFE, conditionally CR).

Polar additives in AVIATICON HLP-D 22 improve the sliding properties and prevent the occurrence of stick-slip phenomena (stick-slip), even under extremely unfavorable operating conditions.

AVIATICON HLP-D 22 is suitable for all hydraulic systems in which HLP oils are specified.

The main area of application is the entire field of mobile hydraulics (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, truck lifting platforms, especially FX: Meiller).

AVIATICON HLP-D 22 has proven itself in practice in hydraulic controls and in precision hydraulics, as well as in hydraulics of machine tools with connected slideway lubrication and in maintenance units of compressed air systems for lubricating compressed air tools.

AVIATICON HLP-D 22 largely prevents malfunctions in hydraulic systems caused by dirt and wear.

AVIATICON HLP-D 22 exceeds the requirements for HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51524, Part 2 in many important properties.
The filterability test according to Abex Denison TP-02/100 is fulfilled. AVIATICON HLP-D 22 can also be used where lead alloys are used.
