AVIATICON Gold Synth 75W-80 is an HC synthetic gear oil API GL4 for highly stressed manual transmissions, especially for ZF transmissions.
AVIATICON Gold Synth 75W-80 is specially developed for ZF commercial vehicle transmissions with intarders. The use in the latest gearbox types has been successfully proven by test bench and fleet tests.
AVIATICON Gold Synth 75W-80 is particularly recommended for the longest oil change intervals (up to 540,000 km / 3 years) in all commercial vehicles that are equipped with ZF manual transmissions and are used in long-distance (lorry) or travel (buses).
The perfectly coordinated properties guarantee optimal and permanent function of all components of the transmission, especially bearings, tooth flanks and synchronization.
In combination with fuel economy engine oils, significant fuel savings are possible.
