Water-miscible cooling lubricant, free of formaldehyde, boric acid and amine
AVIATICON Finkomex ULB is a water-miscible EP coolant containing mineral oil, pH-neutral.
As a 4th generation cooling lubricant, it offers a wide range of applications, high technical performance and the best possible occupational safety for people.
AVIATICON Finkomex ULB is very versatile for all heavy machining operations on steel, gray cast iron materials and non-ferrous metals, particularly advantageous on machining centers and transfer lines. It is ideal for aluminum processing including thread cutting and reaming.
Investigations of our Collfin-GBD series at SKC Gleittechnik GmbH, Rödental, in connection with AVIATICON Finkomex ULB were completed with the best results.
Mixing Instructions:
AVIATICON Finkomex ULB meets the requirements of TRGS 611.
The disposal takes place according to the waste law for emulsions according to EWC-Code 120109.
