AVIATICON Finkomex CSA
Water-miscible cooling lubricant, free of amine and boric acid
AVIATICON Finkomex CSA is a water-miscible EP universal cooling lubricant containing mineral oil.
AVIATICON Finkomex CSA is suitable for machining all common metals. The main advantages, however, lie in the machining of materials of high strength and difficult processing such as reaming, broaching, sawing, thread cutting and deep hole drilling.
The service life of the tools is influenced by the lubricating additives in the concentrate and also by the concentration of the emulsion.
Investigations of our Collfin-GBD series were completed by SKC Gleittechnik GmbH, Rödental, in connection with AVIATICON Finkomex CSA with the best results.
Mixing Instructions:
AVIATICON Finkomex CSA meets the requirements of TRGS 611.
Disposal takes place in accordance with the waste law for emulsions according to EWC code 120109.
AVIATICON Finkomex CSA does not contain any chlorine-containing compounds, nitrite, phenols or phenol derivatives, PCB, PCT or TCDD.
