AVIATICON FINKOL GK 220

The AVIATICON FINKOL GK 220 is a fully synthetic bearing and transmission oil for heavy-duty industrial machines.
The AVIATICON FINKOL GK 220 is based on polyalkylene glycol and may be used up to temperatures of about 220 °C. Fully synthetic products are worth their higher price.
The economic advantages include longer service life of the oil fillings, reduced lubricant costs, longer service life of the machines thanks to reduced wear, and less operating costs thanks to less friction and shorter startup periods.
Oil change intervals can be extended for longer operating times, and the product is field-tested to ensure a three to five times longer operational life. The quantity of waste oils is significantly reduced.
The AVIATICON FINKOL GK 220 may be used on spur, bevel and worm gears, as well as all types of plain and roller bearings, also for footstep bearings in calenders, rubber kneaders, winches, diggers, conveyor systems, machine tools, plastic calenders, mixing rolls, dryers for paper production and kneaders. Mineral oils should not be mixed with oils with other bases.
Before first use, make sure that the material is compatible with polyalkylene glycol; up to 100 °C, NBR, HNBR, FKM are considered reliable. Do not use polyalkylene glycol on combinations of steel and aluminium (roller bearing cages containing aluminium). Catalysed lacquers and two-component lacquers are resistant, while simple lacquers would be dissolved.
