AVIATICON Finkogrind HV
Chlorine- and zinc-free, non-water-miscible cooling lubricant
AVIATICON Finkogrind HV is a chlorine- and zinc-free high-performance grinding oil specifically developed for demanding full-form grinding processes. Its powerful formulation ensures high process reliability and optimal grinding results.
The AVIATICON Finkogrind HV was specifically designed for use on KAPP machines in conjunction with dressing-free CBN profile grinding wheels.
AVIATICON Finkogrind HV is suitable for all full-form grinding operations on gear and profile components made of low- and high-alloy steels. It can be used on materials in both soft and tempered states as well as on hardened materials.
Furthermore, AVIATICON Finkogrind HV meets the requirements according to KAPP-NILES “Requirements for cooling lubricants for KAPP-NILES machining machines type KX160/260 TWIN/S/HS”.

AVIATICON Finkogrind HV does not cause discoloration on non-ferrous metals and is therefore also suitable for applications where high material compatibility is required.
