AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2

AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2 an environmentally-friendly, biodegradable multi-purpose grease on the basis of calcium soap, yellow, smooth in consistency, according to NLGI Class 2.

AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2 is used for the lubrication of roll bearings and plain bearings as well as other lubrication points at the maximum specified temperature, specifically at damaged lubrication sites where the excess of grease may leak into the soil, drain or waterbody.

AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2 is a grease for forestry equipment, agricultural machines and devices as well as machines for water and land improvement.

By its original base viscosity, AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2 should definitely not be used for the lubrication of fast-running bearings, for which re-lubrication is seldom required (e.g. wheel bearings).  For higher temperatures, the re-lubrication intervals should be shorter. Please, observe the operating temperature range and lubrication intervals. For increased temperatures, we recommend our AVIATICON Fett BD 80- 2 .

Application instruction:
For the preservation of the environmentally-friendly biodegradability, do not mix with mineral oil containing greases.
When used initially, press the old grease out of the lubrication points by multiple grease applications.

Biodegradability is higher than 72 % by weight after 21 days, OECD 301 B
