AVIATICON Fett BD 120

AVIATICON Fett BD 120 is an environmentally-friendly, biodegradable synthetic rolling bearing grease with EP additives based on lithium soap, yellow, smooth in consistency, according to NLGI Class 2.

AVIATICON Fett BD 120 is used for the lubrication of roll bearings and plain bearings for high and jerky loads as well as other lubrication points at normal and increased temperatures, specifically at damaged lubrication sites where the excess of grease may leak into the soil, drain or waterbody.

Since AVIATICON Fett BD 120 uses a synthetic ester as base oil, a wide operating temperature range is possible, but biodegradability excludes lifetime lubrication. AVIATICON Fett BD 120 contains special solid lubricants.

Use:
In order to maintain its environmentally friendly properties, mixing with other greases should be avoided
Remove old grease from rolling bearings and clean thoroughly
When used initially, press the old grease out of the lubrication points by multiple grease applications

Biodegradability is 78% by weight (OECD 301 B).
