AVIATICON Collfin KN 100

AVIATICON Collfin KN 100 is a compressed air lubricating oil for compressed air tools.

Certain compressed air tools are lubricated by the separate supply of a suitable lubricant and not - as is often wrongly assumed - by oil particles carried in the compressed air from the compressor. The oil content carried along by the compressor lubrication in the compressed air is far too low. In addition, modern compressors deliver oil-free compressed air.

The compressed air tools are lubricated by compressed air oilers, hose oilers, separate lubricating devices with oil tanks with automatic control or adjustable spindles.

AVIATICON Collfin KN 100 is intended for rock drills, demolition hammers in mining, quarries and demolition companies. Also for rams, post pullers, riveting tools and air motors. Selection according to manufacturer's instructions.

We recommend ZEROTOL, a mineral-oil-free, synthetic air hammer oil for demolition hammers and drills that are at risk of icing.

When supplying compressed air lubricators/maintenance units on compressed air systems, the prescribed oil types and viscosities must be observed. Low-viscosity mineral oils are usually specified here.
